ABOUT ME

Soy una persona tranquila, con ganas de viajar y disfrutar el momento. Actualmente trabajo en la cocina y me gusta mucho experimentar con ingredientes, especializado en fermentación natural con masa madre ( tengo mi propia panadería), disfruto un montón de la comida, de probar cosas nuevas y compartirla con amigos y conocidos. Una vez al año me gusta salir de paseo, refrescar mi vida con experiencias del camino, sea lejos en otro pais o cerca de mi casa.

I am a calm person, eager to travel and enjoy the moment. I currently work in the kitchen and I really like experimenting with ingredients, I am specialized in natural fermentation with sourdough (I have my own bakery). I really enjoy food, trying new flavors, and sharing time with friends. Once a year I like to go out for a trip, refresh my life with experiences along the way, whether far away in another country or close to home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

El animarme a couchsurfear fue la experiencia mas desafiante y genial que he podido experimentar en un viaje. Ha sido algo muy enriquecedor en muchos sentidos, culturalmente por un lado, ya que quedarme donde un local, compartir charlas y diversos momentos me da un conocimiento muy valioso y me conecta directamente con el lugar donde estoy viajando. Y emocionalmente por otro lado, porque muchas veces se generan vínculos y relaciones muy lindas e intensas en un corto tiempo, eso me trae mucho al disfrute del momento presente y entender que vivimos instantes en los que lo tenemos todo para dar y compartir aunque sea por un ratito.

Deciding to couchsurf was the most challenging and amazing experience I have ever had on a trip. It has been very enriching in many ways, culturally since staying with a local, sharing conversations and different moments gives me very valuable knowledge and connects me directly with the place where I am traveling. And also emotionally, because many times very beautiful and intense relationships are created in a short time, that brings me a lot to enjoy the present moment and understand that we live moments in which we have everything to give and share even if it is for a little while.
