First of all, I like people that vibrates, those who you don’t need to push, that you don’t need to tell them what to do, but that they know what they have to do in the less time expected. I like people able to measure the consequences of their actions, people whom don’t leave solutions hit or miss; I like strict people with their peers and with themselves, but that they keeps track of the fact that we are humans and we can get wrong, I like people who Knows the magnitude and meaning of joy. I like people sincere and frank; of clear arguments and reasoned, I like people of criticism and that at the moment of accept their errors makes and effort not to make them again. I like people able to criticize me constructively and in my face, TO THESE I WILL CALL MY FRIENDS!!
And finally, I like faithful and persistent people who don’t give up when it comes to reach their goals and ideals."
