About Me

Hi! I'm an architect and also a photographer. I love traveling to new places, I'm very passionate about landscape photography, I like to learn about the places I'm visiting like culture, museums, art, photography.
Something you gotta know about me is that I love non fiction literature (well, except for Murakami's books) and I love music especially Bob Dylan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually I'm new in this, but I have a couple of friends that are doing this and I think it's great.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste on music is very mixed, of course I love Bob Dylan's music but also I love punk, new wave and brits pop. So it depends of the mood of my day i could go from Dylan to Joy Division, from The Smiths to The Ramones... So I think you get the idea.

Movies, I love independent films. Also I could go for Woody Allen (Annie Hall, come on!), Wes Anderson, Tarantino, Spike Jonze, Charlie Kaufman, Michael Gondry, Sofia Coppola, Martin Scorsese.

Books, like I said I love non fiction literature but I definitely love Murakami's books. Truman Capote is my favorite writer. Others are Julio Cortazar, Ernesto Sabato, Nick Hornby, Gabriel García Márquez, and this list could go for a while...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For my big 30s I decided to go to a place I've never met before so, I grabbed my packs and went completely alone to Tarapoto (the jungle). For 7 beautiful days I was surrounded by nature, I visited wonderfulls waterfalls and I took an amazing 90 minutes trekking tour where I had to cross a river 3 times with the water as high as my chin to get to an spectacular waterfall in the middle of the virgin jungle and then started to rain (I love rainy days) so, yes my big 30s were incredible!
