I'm from Finland and I finished my degree in england last year and now it is time for me to travel around! I'm quite chilled out person and I just want to enjoy my life doing stuff I like and not settle for a boring "normal" life. I wish to explore and experience as much as I can and travel around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Just thought it's a nice way of getting to know a culture and find the hidden gems in each place. I'm not that much of tourist kind of traveller and I always want to see places that aren't so popular amongst other holiday travellers. I enjoy small intimate little cafes and narrow beautiful streets and small town over big, over grouded cities with lots of tourists. I also prefer to live in a smaller towns as well since I'm not a huge fan of crowds.
Also I'm interested to meet new people especially if I'm travelling alone since it can get a little lonely/boring at times. I like sharing stories and experiences with people and I'd like to have friends from other countries.

Interests

I love photography and sometimes I'm even worried that's all I think about: "Oh that would be such an amazing photo!", " I wish I had my camera with me.." and so on.. Some of my friends say I'm not able to enjoy anything if I just want to take photos all the time, but I think that's almost the opposite. When I take a photo I spend more time admiring what ever I'm looking at because I take a picture and then look at it while the others just keep going after a short while.

I love animals and nature and that's why I often choose nice nature destinations for my travels and I like to be active in the nature hiking, kayaking or doing something like that. I really want to work with animals somewhere warm in the future.

I enjoy eating, probably a little too much. I seem to be hungry all the time. So I usually enjoy cooking and just going out and finding a nce place to eat in. That's the best stuff in life really.

And of course I enjoy travelling a lot. these days I can't but just plan my next trip, whenever it might be (in my case probably not that soon..) I haven't been abroad a lot but I hope that will change in the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like various kinds of music but don't really like heavy music but almost anything else goes

I like many different kind of movies like cartoons, action, fiction, ski-fi, rom-coms comedy but m not into war or political movies (though I liked american sniper)

Books i like are mainly fiction/fantasy like Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Divergent (but mostly just the first book) and some not so known books like Graceling (Kristin Cashore), Arra (Maria Turtschaninoff) and firelight (Sophie Jordan)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I came to study abroad which is quite amazing for me.
And I've helped our dogs to give birth few times.
Had an amazing trip to the rain forests of Borneo.
