ABOUT ME

I work in the beauty industry but would love to some day make a living doing something more creative, I draw sometimes, I am a total geek and have a wide range of knowledge about all sorts of random stuff, I grew up in a forest and have a soft spot for mountains and the ocean, I support the efforts of the climate movement, I am pro-choice and anti-gun, I dream of a world with equal rights for everyone regardless of color, gender or sexual orientation.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a big ol’ chapter for me. If I had to name a few bands/artist that has really had an impact on my life, I would say Led Zeppelin, Jeff Buckley, CSN&Y and Fleetwood Mac. But really I listen to almost all genres (except opera and heavy metal).
Jurassic Park, The Shining and Alien (1979) are my all-time favorite movies :) But again. There’s so many.
Unfortunately my ability to concentrate on reading books has dwindled over the years. I blame Netflix... I used to read so many books and comics as a teenager and young adult though, so that’s a real shame. Fantasy, science fiction and crime are my favorite genres, and actually I can name Jurassic Park again as a favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Written and sent a text fully asleep. I also once almost ate an earplug in my sleep, but that definitely wasn’t amazing...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help decorate your office space ergonomically (I have a degree in Occupational Therapy). I can teach you how to draw or take proper care of your skin.
