Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on CS as it is a great way to find a travel buddy as well as to find locals who I could possibly meet up on trips. I would also like to offer travelers to Manila a potential friend so that when I travel to their country I know someone from there.

I am a software engineer by profession but my deep interest and passion is the humanities and the arts. I love movies, music, literature, art, languages, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music. I used to read fiction but now barely. My favorites include The Brothers Karamazov, The Sound and the Fury, books by John Irving and Anne Tyler. I love all kinds of movies from classic to contemporary especially with travel themes like road trips, bucket lists, crosscultural encounters
