Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking forward to hosting my first surfer here in Uppsala. Meeting people is something I would like to do in the future. Either while hosting or meeting people in my home town or surfing in other countries.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a blast traveling through Iceland with fellow couchsurfers that I started talking to through the website and met for the first time in Reykjavík.

The people I have hosted me has been nothing but wonderful people.

Fellow couchsurfers are extremely nice and hospitable in my experience.

Interests

When I'm not studying I usually end up hanging in the Pub with some friends or playing some sort of board game. I also enjoy playing volleyball, watching movies and reading books.

Music, Movies, and Books

Electronic music is what I listen to most of the time but I enjoy just about all sorts of music. Everything from classical music to Metall is listened to from time to time.
Currently I am hooked in reading the Game of Thrones books but once again enjoy a varaite of book genres.
Sciece Fiction or a good drama is the prefered movie genre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Iceland in general is a magical place to visit. Smoking geothermal pools, volcanoes and galciers, all in the same place as the wonderfuly hospitable people that live there.

One thing that I will remember forever is the colourful northern lights against a canvas of bright stars at the arctic cicle in Finland.

Teach, Learn, Share

There is so much to learn and so much to experience. For every passing day I feel like there is more things to learn about than the previous. It makes me feel like the world is growing larger for every day, making me feel smaller.
