I love trying out new and fun stuff, meeting new and interesting people and learning something new whenever and wherever I can. I think it's OK to get lost. Especially in a new place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my every encounter with couch surfing, I met great, funny and interesting people who are not afraid of something different and new. I really appreciate that and I like to meet that kind of people.

Also, I'm a professional and certified couch tester.

Interests

I have always loved drawing...and still do. :) Not just on paper, but on people too. Don't worry, I use washable paints for body painting. ;) I love playing boardgames with my nutty friends but also with complete strangers (only if they are crazy enough) and I participate in a Croatian board game association as an event organizer and vice president. Also, I have been engaged in LARP chapter Krvomeđe in Croatia where I was a prime minister for some time. LARP - making "safe" weapons and using them on your frineds. Is there anything better? xD That was a long time ago, but the scars are still here....mostly in my mind. ;)

A good book or a good movie is always a good option. ;) Especially with a good company. From books, I love mostly fantasy and regarding the movies, I love a bit from every genre. Anime, cartoons and series also.
From sports, you can easily convince me to tennis, basketball, bike rides, carting, table tennis...
I am a slave to music and recently to dancing as well (salsa and Irish dancing). If there is a karaoke or weird dancing competition, I'll be there. xD

Love traveling otherwise I wouldn't be here. ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

A wide range of genres (mostly singles), so I'll list some bands/artists: Daft Punk, U2, RHCP, REM, Nightwish, Depeche Mode, 3 Doors Down, Robbie Williams, Michael Jackson, Aqua, NO DOUBT, Men at Work, System of a Down, Linkin Park...

Books: mostly fantasy (Zelazny, Tolkien, Adams,...) but philosophical books and articles also (Bucay).

About movies... Well, I like a bunch of movies. I can update the list as I'm remembering them xD
So, we have: 7 years in Tibet, Meet Joe Black, Inglorious Bastards, LOTR, Pirates of Caribbean, Cast Away, The Last Samurai, Brave Heart (of course xD with thunder coming out of his arse), The Naked Gun, Robin Hood: Men in Tights ;) and so on...

We all know who marked the 80's and 90's - our legend - Arnold! xD

I also like to watch a good cartoon or anime.
The croatian version of Asteric and Obelix is definitely the best animation film in this region. ;)
From animes, I could mention a couple of them that I like but that wouldn't be fair to the others (because there are a lot of them that I like). xD ohh, what the hell, just a bit: Death Note, Code Geass, Baccano, Durarara,....

I like to watch movies and read books because I can always find an inspiration in them, be it for drawing, to share something with others, to learn something or simply to have fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The beautiful, green and maintained city of Essen. Also, the center of Vienna. It was very fun to see so many Balkans in Vienna.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to hold a burning match, to write with magnifying glass, to tear duck tape, to make a paper cup and a lot more of interesting and above else useful stuff. ;)
