About Me
Halla!
My name is Aleksandra, I come from Poland. I grew up in a very nice village called Siepraw, about 20 kilometers from Krakow, where I got my education. I worked in a hostel for over a year and that was a fantasctic experience that made me want to travel even more and meet as many new people as possible.
I'm studying norwegian language because I love the way it sounds, I think it's the most beautiful language in the world. I love good movies and good literature, food, travelling, music and art.
Currently I'm living in Telemark, Norway, studying scandinavian studies
I love long conversations, I'm a very cheerful person with a great curiosity of the world and other people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
First, I want to help people looking for an accomondation in Kraków and nearby. Second, I want to show them Kraków as it's known only by the locals, apart from all the turistic places. Three, I want to meet new people, learn about they lives and culture.
I don't have any coachsurfing experience yet - I've never really used my account since I created it, but it's time to change things!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love every kind of music, but I mostly listen to bands like The Lumineers, Kodaline, Highasakite or singers like Keaton Henson, Damien Rice.
Favorite movies: Middle-Eastern cinema ("Where do we go now", "Caramel", everything by Asghar Farhadi), european cinema (everything by Joachim Trier). Too much to count!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I met a Norwegian skijumper I loved as a kid and who was my inspiration to study Norwegian and managed to talk to him in his own language.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can show you Cracow, the most beautiful city in the world. I can teach you a lot about Polish history, culture and folclore.
