ABOUT ME

The first word that sprouts to mind is 'outgoing'. I want to know and experience more, simple as!

I hold a liberal sense of social justice and ethics which I think is largely sculpted by our surroundings and how we've been brought up. Having grown up in London and spent most of my teenage years hanging around places like Camden, Soho, and Southbank, that has indefinitely shaped my outlook on life.

I've been a strict vegetarian since April 2013 ever since coming across the ethical theories postulated by Peter Singer, so if you're interested in vegetarianism, his book 'Animal Liberation' is definitely worth researching!

PHILOSOPHY

I've never really thought about formulating a comprehensive 'personal philosophy', but why not?

Further, I think it's unrealistic to absolutely conform to our ideals or 'personal philosophy', instead, I think that it's something we should strive towards and keep borne in mind in our everyday lives.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As of June 2014 I created my Couchsurfing account and I didn't really know what to expect; I'm still gradually becoming aquatinted with the process, but I'm excited and enthusiastic to be using it in the future.
