About Me

I love to learn by meeting new people and experiencing new things. When I graduated a few years back I started working in an office straight away. After two years I decided to quit my job and travel the world to learn and experience whatever I can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time me and a buddy of mine were on a quest to find our friends on an island with no wifi or reception. We walked for a 5 hours with our 50 liter backpacks through beaches, jungles and cow fields and asked at every single hostel if they'd checked in there. We found them the next day on the boat back to the mainland.

I've seen a volcano erupt on Bali and was rained in during a typhoon in Vietnam.

I became friends with a man who was trying to rob me and a mate of mine in Turkey.

When I first arrived in Australia I was homeless for one day because my new bankcards got sent to a non-existing post office. After sleeping at the airport I placed my bets on walking to the nearest post office for 2 hours through the burning sun with my backpack. When they told me they had my bankcards I was so happy that I could finally eat again that the 2 hour walk back felt like a 2 minute stroll around the block.

After taking a nightbus with our motorbikes we got dropped off in the middle of nowhere at 4am with no gas. Due to the kindness of the Vietnamese people we still managed to reach our destination.
