I would describe myself as a curious, caring and happy Dutchie. I love being social and enjoy talking with people from all over the world about all different kinds of subjects. I have a lot of interests, so we might find a familiar one. My biggest interest at the moment is finding different ways to reduce my carbon footprint. 💚🌍 for this reason I am a vegetarian 🌱

My other favourite thing to do is to explore the world. I traveled solo through Australia for 10 months, Thailand for 3 weeks and Costa Rica for 2 months.

When I'm not traveling I'm studying. I'm in my last year from my Bachelor of Social Work and hope to graduate this year. 👩🏼‍🎓

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people and learn about new places and cultures from all over the world. I’ve had two couch surfing experiences while traveling through Australia. Both experiences were completely different, and I loved it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve spend a month volunteering with monkeys, sloths and raccoons in Costa Rica. This rescue center rescues 500-700 animals per year and successfully released over 40% of them in their natural habitat. It was amazing to be a little part of this process and to learn about all these amazing animals. 🦥🐒🦝
