Bonjour, Je' mapelle Chloe. Hello, I'm Chloe from Singapore would like to gain more culture, exposure and new languages with friendly different nationality travelers. I have stayed in Ireland for the past 6 months in Sep 2013 - Feb 2014 and realize that there are so many things in my life that I have not accomplished yet.

I have studied Accountancy and Finance in Singapore, Marketing in Ireland and would definitely love to expose to more human interactions in working society too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Of course meeting new people is one of my reason. But to understand how travelers experienced while traveling would be interesting to me and trying out their authentic homemade food from loving people would be an opportunity for me. I would also like to share the experience I have in Singapore and parts of country which I have visited since I stay in a tiny city known as Singapore, which is located next to Malaysia.

Please tell me more about hitchhiking if you have experienced it because I think it's a little scary for me to try it. And it will be a golden opportunity for me to get to know more people from CS.

Interests

Travelling to every part of the beautiful cities to reflect myself and I love photography as pictures hold multiple memories in our life that we may not be able to go through these again.

I love various kind of food but have yet to try some scary insects which exist in Thailand. During my free time, I will chill at home by reading a few interesting E-articles, blogs or catching the latest United State, Taiwan & Korea Drama.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any trance, hip hop music would be my preferred choice so long as it's not so noisy. Nonetheless, I love watching Disney and PIXAR movies on various genres such as action, fantasy, thriller & romantic movies too and I never love HORROR movies :/

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being independent in Europe for 6 months, travelled around 10 cities in 2014. Unknowingly met onto a friendly German as I was trying to figure out the train station and became friends.

Travelled another 2 months in 2015 after my college graduation.

Experienced in overseas which I have never done before:
Riding a horse in a countryside farm
Experiencing cold weather with snow and winter
Trying exotic food such as kangaroo meat, wild boar, fried silkworms

Did little farming in Taiwan given the opportunity from school since I stayed in a urban city in Singapore.

Share about Singapore, working experiences, food cultures and what have I experienced in Asia. Where I have been to and what's their culture shock which amazes and annoys me much.

I have known much in Ireland, Amsterdam (from couchsurfer host) and would like to learn more from any parts of country.
