About Me
'Normal', what can I say. Just another being trying to find out what's driving us to be good people and questioning what good means.
Recently I've made the decision to quit my job and to throw myself back to the place I was years ago. You can say I found my 1/3 life crisis and now I need to search for a new way to reinvent myself.
I'm a lively person whom is crazy for living with a slightly weird touch to it. It can be pushing myself to find my boundaries in physical or mental ways. Or just being.
For now I'm seeing if I can search for new ways of being other then doing what the world thinks that's good for me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To me there's no better way of learning then confronting myself with others. I'm not a shy person but I attend to hide myself when I see things I know my heart is longing for. So Yes I'm ready to meet new people to see if we can truly meet.
And if your daily life is full of other thing you have to do I can help you clean or do something else instead.
What I'm saying is that I would like to leave peoples place with the idea of leaving something of myself behind. Whether its a good conversation or a clean kitchen.

Music, Movies, and Books
The latest movie which was an eye-opener for me was 'Final portrait'an British-American drama film written and directed by Stanley Tucci. The story is about an artist, Alberto Giacometti, living in Paris in times of the 60's. In the film you see the artist struggling for months to finish a painting he thought he would finish in a couple of days.
The lady Melanie de Biasio and the instrumental jazzband Portico Quartet came to me by surprise and are a joy to listen to. I'm happy they found their ways to my ears.
Nowadays I'm trying to read more than usual, I find myself reading dutch poetry and fable stories made by Toon Tellegen.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Because I don't really like bragging about the amazing things I've done in life so far, I just want to ad that I'm amazed about the daily things that can bring me into an aaaha!-state of mind.
Teach, Learn, Share
One of the reasons why I'm on the move is to see if there's another way to be a teacher.
'Who is a teacher? I'll answer you: not the one that's teaching his students but the one who's inspiring them to give the best of itself to find out what they already know.'
