I am a veterinarian and animal enthusiast. I consider myself a dog person, but I have more cats than dogs.

I have a dream job where I get to be surrounded by adorable dogs and cats every day. The only challenging aspect is that my expertise lies in small animal oncology. I often deal with life-and-death issues, and I personally experienced the loss of my own cat to cancer in 2022. Despite the emotional challenges, I still love my job because I find fulfillment in helping others navigate through the toughest moments in their pets' lives. My five-year goal is to pursue specialized veterinary training in the United States and then bring back the knowledge to Taiwan.

I am a certified guide runner for the visually impaired. I accompany visually impaired runners during regular jogging sessions as well as participate in races. Additionally, I am involved in the development and promotion of adaptive sports for individuals with disabilities, such as tandem cycling for the visually impaired.

I am concluding my current job at the end of 2023, planning to take a gap year in 2024. During the early months of 2024, I will be interning and traveling in North America.

For me, Couchsurfing is not just about free accommodation; I hope to meet local people. If time allows, I would love for you to guide me in exploring local attractions or trying out local cuisine. I enjoy indulging in diverse foods from around the world, and I'm also a nature enthusiast who loves hiking and trekking.

兴趣

I am a huge animal lover. Since childhood, I have always dreamed of owning a Golden Retriever. However, my family ended up getting a cat first, and later, two more cats joined us. (Cats seem to be creatures that keep multiplying once you start keeping them, right?) Finally, we adopted a mixed-breed dog who is intelligent and shares the same love for food as his owner. At this point, I can't imagine a day without any animals around me.

I enjoy walking and can walk outside all day.
I love eating and trying various cuisines from different countries.
Engaging in activities like hiking, outdoor sports, running, and cycling all bring me a lot of joy.
