About Me

Hey there ! I'm 26, born in France but raised in Belgium. I finished uni in 2015, worked as a freelancer in the journalistic field since then. Now, i'm up for some amazing travels around the world to meet its people, share experiences and learn about other realities :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was a child, I told my parents I wanted to be an adventurer... And couch surfing is the best way to achieve that ! I've reached a point in my life where I want to meet people, different people, from other parts of the world - basically, to get out of my Belgian bubble. Plus, it rains a lot here. Please help.

Interests

Photography, writing, nature, hiking, biking, and my last obsession is anthropology.

Music, Movies, and Books

We could talk for hours about that !
Among my all-time favorites : A Tribe Called Quest, Bad Bad Not Good, Tycho, Bob Marley, Toots and the Maytals, The Smiths, Charlie Parker, Casseurs Flowters...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked from Belgium to Southern France - felt pretty badass when I arrived. Back when I was living in Denmark, I also investigated zoophilia for the Belgian magazine 24h01... Some stories there...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some French words if you'd like, share some tips on how to use properly your camera, or teach you how to make origami animals. I'm pretty good at cooking risotto too.
What would I like to learn? Just about your daily life. How you see the rest of the world. I'm aware that there are very, very different ways of living, thinking, dreaming, feeling our world. And I would like to actually hear someone telling me about his.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good laugh, a glass of wine, some funny reportage anecdotes, my knowledge of Belgium complex institutional system, some good old french recipes, among many, many other things.
