Hi! I'm Amelia. I study English Philology...and French Philology....and Italian as well (The University of Warsaw).
Currently: Erasmus in Montpellier, France 📌

Languages and foreign cultures are my huge passion and I'm looking for the people who share it as well. I'm keen on photography, also adore travelling - that's probably the best thing one can do in life.

I think that I can describe myself as a person who loves everything that's vintage, retro and wishes she lived in a different era, several dozen years before. In the times where everything was more gentle, people were more sensible, good manners were of daily occurrence, music was decent, people were truly elegant, humour kept on a high level... I suppose that it works just like in "Midnight in Paris" - Toulouse-Lautrec would prefer to live in renaissance and work with Leonardo da Vinici and the latter would enjoy running across the steppes with Genghis Khan. But anyway, I still enjoy life the way it is :)
I hold the belief that "less is more" and like to keep things simple, enjoy the little things in life, that's basically what it's built of, isn't it?

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I've done my first couchsuring in southern France and discovered that it's a completely new way of travelling. Meeting awesome people, becoming a part of the local community - it's what I've always been looking for. An unforgettable experience that I owe to wonderful hosts!

Intereses

Only recently have I discovered that basically my life revolves around food and a good cup of coffee. And I actually like it that way.
