I'm a 24-year old student living in Berlin, Germany. Grown-up in the countryside, I now enjoy urban life and try to get the most of my youth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I'm getting around quite a bit to visit film festivals I often use the occasion to get to know the people living in the cities and countries I'm visiting (they make the best guides anyways).

Interests

In the evening you can usually find me at some artsy cinema where I watch obscure movies nobody knows. Beside sports and films I also like food, which means I like to eat and I'm a decent cook myself.

My biggest interest is film, actually art films by directors like: Richard Linklater, Wong Kar-wai, Ernst Lubitsch, Jacques Tati, Billy Wilder, Andrei Tarkovsky, Werner Herzog, Hayao Miyazaki, Terry Gilliam, Woody Allen, Luis Bunuel, Christopher Nolan, Olivier Assayas and many more.

Writers whose works I enjoy: George Orwell, Arthur Miller Stefan Zweig, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Gotthold Ephraim Lessing, Oscar Wilde, Isaac Asimov amongst others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you're interested in film, politics, art, philosophy or anything else one can have a enlighting discussion about, I can other you night-long talks. I can also recommend you a lot of cool stuff (that will probably melt your brain) or cook you a decent meal while sharing my delighting Austrian charm with you.
