About me..it's hard, but let's see...

I'm a student, I live in Turin, Italy, trying to find my place in the world.
I'm generally enthusiastic and easily get exited about new experiences..I said it: I'm trying to find my way, so I'm interesting at discovering new things to do and other life styles :)
I can even be quite and introspective, depending on my mood, what I've just learned and where I am.
In any case I am a friendly and easy-going person. I love to go around and discover a place by my self, but a local point of view is appreciated, too. I love making new friends and learning something about other cultures :)

PHILOSOPHY

Continue to see the world with the eyes of the child that I used to be, never stop being amazed!
Try to understand what happens even from different point of views, not only from my own.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a good way to travel: I like meeting other cultures and different life styles with an authentic and genuine contact with people, learning from them, living the experience open-minded and open soul.
I believe that sharing stories and experiences makes people richer..

Interests

I love traveling (surprise!)

When I am in a new place I must see as much as I can, walking a lot, getting lost, and spending a lot of time to find the perfect view for my eyes and for my camera: photography is one of my other passions! I think that learning to use a camera it teaches you how to see the world, how to find the best perspective on life :)

Since when I was very very young I've always loved dancing, listening the music and be moved by feelings arising in me.
I dance any kind of music, but lately I discovered "forró", a kind of brazilian dance that has fascinated me a lot..so much that it's became the reason of many of my trips, because I love attending forró festivals around... probably I'm going to one of them in your city ;)

Walking everywhere it's an other thing that I love..walking or biking, in town, in nature, to the mountains... It makes me thinking and relaxing, looking around and discovering something new about the world and about my-self.

Same thing with the sea: I like diving, spending a lot of time in the water.
I love climbing the cliffs and reaching some special place to watch the sky, the sea and the horizon...and maybe to jump again into the water (I like adrenaline ;)

In general I like to be in the nature, reading a books, taking photos or simply doing nothing, just breathing and living the moment ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like listening almost all kind of music, it depend on my mood
I love reading novels, adventure novels, introspective novel...my favorite one is The Unbearable Lightness of Being (Kundera is one of my favorite writers)
About movies I like adventure, sci-fi, dystopian films, psychological thriller and all movies that have a beautiful cinematography

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen Everest and crossed the Himalayas (by car) during my amazing trip in Tibet.
I've swam with a turtle.
I've lived on a boat, sleeping under the stars, lulled by the sea.
I walked on the crater of a volcano
I dance (probably in every country I've been)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to use a reflex camera, and I'd like to learn as much as I can about photography
I can teach a little bit of forró, the brazilian dance, but I'm still learning it and always looking for new steps and figures and styles...
I can teach something about my culture and I want to learn about yours.
We can share stories, experiences, food and of course a dance together, just put your favorite song on ;)
