About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy being where I am now, spend more time with my friends and family, stay consistent in doing sports, practice photography, take risk in new experiences and see what will happen :o)
ABOUT ME
I'm open minded, honest, considerate person, and a good listener. Or at least, that's what I hear others say of me :o)
From time to time I tend to be very serious and analytical, so people often come to me for advice. On the other hand, I'm usually the person that sets in motion most of the new, interesting, fun activities me and my friends have :o)
I see myself as a creative being, and I like that in others as well. I enjoy the very creating process, either through my own experience or someone else's.
PHILOSOPHY
Be yourself and respect others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My first contact with this way of travelling happened during my studies. It was a favorite choice of a couple of colleagues. They always had something going on, from meeting new cultures and expanding their contact network, to introducing our city to anyone who's been willing to find out something more about this part of Europe, other than what you can hear from mainstream media. Stories of that kind became more and more frequent around me, and some of my very good friends became hard core couchsurfers. Thanks to them, I've had the opportunity to meet interesting people as well...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Since I've had ample opportunity for "virtual" travelling during my studies, and received a lot of basic and well known information about architecture and cities, I felt the need to expand my knowledge with local experiences of places, cultures, environments. I've always preferred independent research and trip planning to what the travel agencies have to offer. I hope that I'll soon have some couchsurfing experiences of my own to share.
