ABOUT ME

We are almost an normal family....but some people would say we could be related to the Adams Family :)

Me, Anna julía, is an over sized house wife that is always on the way to lower the size....but has used the word tomorrow for years. Love to spend time with friends, chat and have fun. Love to make people happy.

Óli, is the farmer and busy most of the day..if not working then out with the animals. He has a really hard time doing nothing.

Hjörtur Rósmann is hardly at home....he is half moved out and in school.

Jóhann Skúli is 20 years old...is working and loves his car. He loves to have guests that prepare food that he hasnt tasted before.

Álheiður Inga, Heiða, is the youngest, 16 years old. A busy girl in school and she will always find something to to. Loves small kids, to bake and to help out.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Actually we do not host couch surfers so much now..but have decided to join Airbnb.

If you are going to send us a request...please start by writing Eyjafjallajökull. Then I will know that you read my profile.

We like to welcome couch surfers when we have time....Feel free to ask....I will say that if you are just looking for a place to stay ......you can just book an room in a hotel. Couch surfers are in my opinion people that show interest in other people...but are not only saving money. People that send copy paste requests and people that dont even read the profile...can stay at a hotel.

We have met wonderful people and our experience is nothing but good. We now have friend all over the world :)

We love to make supper for our surfers...but we also love when they make supper for us...make something they are used to but not we :) We like to chat about everything and nothing. And we love to show people around if we have time. We want our guests to feel like they were at home :)
