Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of my best friends used to travel a lot using Couchsurfing and I never thought that I could actually do the same as I was always busy with work and school. She told me she always had a great time and that she met a lot of cool people around the world. Now I want to visit new places and experience new things, so I thought joining Couchsurfing was a good way to start.

I'm interested in international politics and affairs. I love to read, especially philosophy and history. I'm interested in learning and teaching languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my second year of high school, I got tired of school and decided to take a year off. I went to Belgium and lived there for one year learning French and teaching Spanish in an exchange program. I was able to meet a lot of people and work for the European Union in a cultural program.
