ABOUT ME

Currently living in London working as a developer, always looking for the next trip!

Add me on Facebook to get to know me better. I spend more time on FB
than on CS.

I also write a travel blog about my recent Africa and India trip on http://www.investmentbackpacker.wordpress.com.

If you're looking to practice your English, I am more than happy to help. Just shoot me a message and we can meet up for an hour or so and I'll help you any way I can.

I'm currently learning Spanish (Estoy aprendiendo Espanol!) and would love to have a language exchange with any Spanish speaking person looking to learn English

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting others, especially those who have never been to London and want to know more about this city. I've been based here since 2009 so know it very well. I'm very proud of my city and really enjoy showing people the best side to it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Like any travel enthusiast, I LOVE Into the Wild. The Beach is also a great movie I think, and I usually watch them both before setting out on trips.

Music, I have a diverse taste but mainly like rock, and 90s grunge (pearl jam, mother love bone, soundgarden etc).

Books, mainly I'm a non-fiction reader, and have a lot of interesting stuff on my kindle from neuroscience, economics, cosmology and travel books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Accomplish my 'life' goal (which I set at aged 12) at 16 which was to skydive. Also jumping of the tallest building in the southern hemisphere. The best thing I have experienced is getting within inches of a Great White Shark in South Africa; that's a story to tell.

Travelled Africa from Cape Town to Cairo overland across 12 countries in 8 months.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Botswana, Canada, China, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Latvia, Lesotho, Lithuania, Macao, Malawi, Malaysia, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Rwanda, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Scotland, South Africa, Spain, Sudan, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam, Wales, Zambia
