About Me

Im a Basque architect, currently settled in the Netherlands and travelling as much as work allows me to... Easy going, open minded and with good manners... what else could you want?

It is fine if you dont have references, everyone has a first time, but there are three golden rules if you expect me to host you;

1. Read my profile, and home section. I will notice if you don't.
2. No copy-paste requests, please. Take some time at least to read about me and think if we will get along. Copied requests are easy to spot.
3. Be respectful. I am flexible and understanding -I would say- both as a guest and host, and i just expect people to be polite, respectful, and understand hosts make an effort by letting people in. I guess its just common sense, its actually easy to get along with me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Its a perfect way for knowing variate colorful people, each one with their own different stories, experiences... Lives.

I have been using CS a while, for travelling, hosting and meeting with people. Never had a problem and I always spoke highly about all you can get from this and how it was meant to be used. Unfortunately, I had two bad experiences recently that made me rethink the whole point of it and realize how differently people get involved into CS.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music; mostly any Progressive/Psychdelic Rock band in the late 60's/beginning of 70's...
Also into folk, blues and so on.

I find classic distopic novels quite interesting, even more considering nowadays's situation referring media-social control etc... Big brother is coming, dude.

About cinema, some of my favs could be Ida, The fight club, Into the wild, 12 angry men, Jesuschrist superstar, Amelie, Pulp fiction, In Bruges, I served the king of England, Trainspotting...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hey. I got an official Reindeer Sledge Riding License.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to cook a proper Tortilla de Patatas, share anything i have, which is not much, and learn as much as i can from everything and everyone.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, help with anything needed, and spend time with you if you are fine with it! CS is about people actually so i will probably bomb you with questions on you, your country and your thoughts. If you get a request from me its because i genuinely want to know you :D
