About Me

I was born and raised in Hamburg. I have been thru some pretty bad shit in my eyes but I know in the end it all depends on perspective and as such I'm currently trying to change my own on all thats happened so far in order to empower myself and overcome my anxieties and depressions. Okay enough of the dark stuff that frequently haunts me... My friends call me kind of a gourmet. I just really love quality food. For example I love speciality coffee, do my little pour over routine every morning and from time to time I find myself in the vinestore spending way more I can actually afford on a good bottle of wine haha. I guess I'm quite sensual in a way which probaply relates to me being quite sensitive in general and as such also rather perceptive of people. At least I like to think that I am but of course there are those things you dont know and also are unaware of not knowing so what the hell do I know. I listen to music a lot. Its a pretty wild mix of all kinds of genres. I grew up with 90s or early 00s MTv (when it was still pretty cool) so Im used to lots of HipHop, Indie, Rock and such. Since then I've moved on to digital crate digging (for example on pitchfork) and my taste in music diversified in crazy ways in all kinds of directions. I also like to read a lot when I find the peace of mind to focus. The last books I read where from Gorki and Tolstoi as a good friend introduced me a little to russian literature (read them in german tho)..
This kinda feels like its getting out of hand and I end up spilling the beans not leaving any of all those interesting blank spots to explore, uncover or whatever you wanne call it. So heres some final buzzwords
Music or Movies like King Krule Grizzly Bear Jim Jarmusch Werner Herzog Hayao Miyazaki Alejandro González Iñárritu Wes Anderson
Botany or books like The rustling of foliage the smell of flowering robinia Hesse Camus Kästner Gabriel García Márquez Mario Vargas Llosa Alice Munro
Oh and politically I'm not really convinced about the way capitalism is working right now to sum it up really shortly so yeah please system change instead of climate change! The last one is surely something for long talks and heated discussions. Weeeell I guess thats enough for now. Have a nice whatever.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I kinda got into couchsurfing by accident not actually being familiar with the term at the time while I was in christchurch/nz (good story/maybe youll happen to hear it some time ;) and it was a really great experience. Since then I surfed a few couches, met some great people and some of them I now count as very good friends.
