ABOUT ME

I like traveling, reading, good food, movie nights, snowboarding, skiing, horse back riding, being outdoors, running, the ocean and so much more! It is easy to impress me :)

PHILOSOPHY

I do not have any fixed guide lines I could put here, but I think in general I try to be open for everyone and everything, which I think is really important. I try not to judge anyone for who he/she is, what he/she likes and thinks. Moreover it's important to me to widen my horizon and to move out of my comfort zone as often as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the moment I will only be surfing, since I'll be an exchange student at USM until spring 2015. During the breaks I want to travel the states, get to know new people and places and make the best out of the time I have on this beautiful continent.
But once I'm back in Germany, I'd love to take in some surfers as well :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have little experience. I stayed with couchsurfers two times. They all were great people and my stay was more than just a positive experience.

Interests

My interests for the next time will be to travel the USA, especially the Southern States.
In general I love reading and writing stories myself. Moreover I am an outdoor-person. I often go for a run or on a hike. Provided I have the time and the money I go skiing or snowboarding. Some time ago I also started learning to surf.
And I love animals. I took in a lot of lost animals and wanted to become a vet for a really long time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I did was swimming in the Atlantic, at six in the morning, when it was cold outside and even colder inside the water. It was so cold that it hurt, but my friends kept swimming, so I did so, too. We swam to some rocks and jumped off them. Nobody else was there with us, also the beach was completely empty. It felt like we owned the world.

Another amazing thing was my roadtrip during fall break 2014. It was exhausting, because me and my friend picked so many places to go to, but everything went according to plan and even better! We met so many nice people and saw interesting and amazing places.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am layed-back, flexible and in general good company. I enjoy a good movie as well as an outdoor adventure - so if you take me in and you have time to hang out, we will definitely find something fun to do. Other than that, I am also good at being on my own. So in case you don't have time, or you just don't want to hang out or show me around, I can as well look after myself and get out of your way ;) I love to cook and bake. I can reward my hosts with a nice home-cooked German meal or whatever :)
