About Me

I'm a curious person who wants to enjoy life and explore the world as much as (and until it is) possible...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Thanks to couchsurfing I can get to know new people, new stories, improve my foreign languages, share my thoughts and especially make my journeys around the world much more interesting.

Interests

Well, I'm a person with a lot of interests and a lot of things that I would like to do or try...And maybe that's my problem, because simply I can't make it all...but at least I can try and never it's too late to try something new, right?

To sum it up, I love arts, especially music (used to play guitar and sing in my band, visiting festivals, exploring new and uncommon music of many genres...);
sport (both passively and actively - at the moment mainly floorball but I like also football, motocross, basketball, cycling, table tennis, tennis, snowboarding, surfing...and I would like to try many others);
Travelling - I would love to explore (and if I had an opportunity also try to live for some time in) as much countries as possible; I like all kinds of travelling - hitchiking (which I recommend to all of you), by car, by bike, walking...

And many others like history, geography, world politics, foreign languages...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I tried hitchhiking by myself around Europe for the first time when I was 20...it was probably the most intense, adventurous and interesting week of my life...Because what you experience during hitchhiking you will never experience in normal life.

Update: hitchhiking is already something more common for me :D Now I would say two weeks long hiking through parts of Via Dinarica, alone, with heavy backpack, just in pure nature almost without people...

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, it's hard to say...You can see my interests above, I can speak several languages and I'm quite able to understand some others, so it can be good practice; I am not really a good cook (but until now everybody has loved my pancakes) but I am really grateful eater who loves to explore new cuisine .) I like discussions about world politics but I know that it is for most of people annoying, so don't be afraid we can surely find another topics...especially with some good pint of beer or glass of wine (or even something stronger.) But I don't even mind silently listening a good music, while staring to nowhere until the late night... :D
As a host I can offer a guidance through the city cause I like walks around the city and I think that my knowledge of history is quite deep...
