About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am currently traveling on a motorcycle all around Europe. once that's over, I am trading it for a backpack and goimg to SE Asia for a while!

ABOUT ME

At 31, I decided to sell all my possessions, quit my career and travel a little! I'm not sure what is in store for me, but life has to be more than working 50 weeks for a vacation in the sun! It was a surprisingly easy decision to take which I guess says a lot about me.

My plans change constantly and that is how I love it!

PHILOSOPHY

It's slowly evolving as I travel, but I mostly try to go for any interesting new experience, always take a chance. You rarely regret having done something compared to not having done it.

Interests

History, cultures, customs, languages, scuba diving and obviously motorcycling.
Lots more I guess and lots I probably don't even know about yet!

Music, Movies, and Books

La frousse autour du monde by Bruno Blanchet tome 1 through 4, which I actually discovered only a a few months before leaving on this trip!
Most of Douglas Adam's works, I like fantasy and fiction.
As for movies, I can enjoy the Hollywood block busters but nothing beats a good B-Movie, I was really happy at Montreal's Fantasia festival.
You know, stuff by Tarantino, Rodrigues or Takashi Miike!
I enjoy many many types of music, depending on my mood. My playlists will have anything from old rock and roll to Stars with some punkrock polka and massive attack in the middle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel like anything I have done before this point hardly qualifies, so I'll start fresh and I guess Motorcycling through Europe ranks high on my list of cool things I've done!

As for places I've seen, well the rollimg green hills of Ireland and the Scottish HighLands both made me weep uncontrollably just by their stunning beauty.

Teach, Learn, Share

A warm smile and a few interesting stories. I am not so good at small talk but when the subject interests me, I can go for a while. I have a very curious nature and am genuinely interested in people.
