Overview
About Me
German psychologist and world traveller. Just quit my job and room in the Netherlands and will be travelling for a while. My most important values are freedom, connection and peace. Passionate about spirituality, nature, dancing, and of course travelling!
La vida es un aprendizaje
True happiness is the absence of the search for happiness
Balancing between ‘Be. Here. Now.’ and dancing through life, serving the world and enjoying life, flying and grounding remains my biggest challenge✨
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couch surfing because I love sharing inspiration with like-minded locals or travellers and experience places from their perspective. I’ve had great experiences using couchsurfing in Australia and Spain. For me it's the best way to travel! Whenever and wherever I have a home base I‘m happy to welcome people there, too, of course.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: pretty much open to every kind of music, singer songwriter, Jazz, Soul, some rock like Bruce Springsteen, Eddy Vedder, Jack Johnson. Also listen a lot to Salsa, Bachata, Zouk, Reaggaton music (for dancing) and flowy techno music, psytrance or African/Arabian beats. I love the hippie festivals in Germany like Pangea and Wilde Möhre!
Movies: Soul, weit, Human (travel or cultural documentaries in general), series like Breaking Bad, Casa de papel, las chicas del cable, Fokushima… LOTR, hobbit, harry potter, spirited away, princess mononoke
Books: books with a psychological or philosophical touch, the power of now, Siddhartha, the Alchemist are my favourites!

Studying in Valencia for 6 months in Spanish.
Dancing Salsa for a whole weekend with only sleeping about 3 hours per night.
Silent meditations retreat weekends.
