About Me

Hello world!

I'm Erik from Sweden and I recently came back home after an exchange in the Netherlands. I like food and good coffee and sharing stories with like-minded people. Let's meet up!

I study a lot in university and do my best to be a good student, but I often feel there are a lot of realities that my school books can't explain. So I travel to learn more about the world and its people. To experience other cultures than my own, to see new places, to gain perspective and most importantly to meet people are some of the things I love about traveling. (oh and food of course).

Aaand it's always amazing to live out of a backpack, eat hella cheap in hella cheap places, stay in grubby hostels, and come across great people from all over the world!

I would love to show you around Lund or Uppsala, explain the art of good fika and show you my secret places in those cities!

In my opinion Couchsurfing is all about sharing & learning; making connections with people, telling stories and exchanging experiences. When I have the possibility (i.e. not living in an 8m2 student room) I want to start hosting people. Until then I'm happy to give tips and show you around!

Anyway, let's catch up and I'll tell you everything!
