About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Broadening my horizons!

ABOUT ME

I believe that idea makes the difference.

Everything has its beginning. Whenever it comes to the state-of-art invention or discovery, extraordinary building, tech-stuffed smartphone, high-speed rail or lunar rover - there are always people behind it. People with brilliant ideas.
Everybody has the will to broaden horizons and to be open-minded, so have I. And my idea to achieve this state of mind is to TRAVEL A LOT. Therefore I've decided to reach out for experiences of cultures all over the world to build up my knowledge and wisdom.
When you begin to travel it's never enough.

PHILOSOPHY

Be whoever you want to be, I won't judge you. Treat me the same way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well... I'm at the beginning of my journey with Couchsurfing but I'm very positive about it :)

Interests

I'm a passionate enthusiast of hi-tech gadgets (smartphones, wearables etc), enjoy learning how to draw with pencils and how to play piano (I really love it!).
Recently, I've started practising skating.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm an open-minded person when it comes to listening to music (just have a look on the variety of genres on my Spotify account!). Currently I enjoy songs made by Kavinsky, Daft Punk, Parov Stelar, Chopin, Beethoven, Gotan Project, Yann Tiersen, Stromae, Massive Attack, Portishead and The XX but to be honest... tastes change with the times.

Books I've read recently and/or appreciated:
Erich Maria Remarque - All quiet on the Western Front (PL: Na zachodzie bez zmian)
Jean-Paul Sartre - No exit (Huis clos)
H. Sienkiewicz - Potop
Marek Hłasko - Drugie zabicie psa
Marek Hłasko - Nawrócony w Jaffie

The Trial - F. Kafka
Nineteen eighty-four - G. Orwell

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've learned how to play Moonlight sonata on piano, without being able to read the notes fluently.
I love playing piano (although I'm a beginner) so that was amazing for me ! :P

Teach, Learn, Share

I can always help you with mastering some computer-related skills (programming etc) and how to make tasty pancakes (I mean this thin kind rather than American one, just have a look on photos from Polish kitchen somewhere around the Internet :D)
I want to learn French - in any amounts. (But be reasonable, I won't be a French poet after a day ;) )

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Germany, Poland

Countries I’ve Lived In

Poland
