Me considero una persona sencilla y de mente abierta. Creo que la mejor forma de entender el mundo en el que vivimos es hablando y conociendo gente de diferentes países y conociendo sus historias. La mejor forma de conocer un país es siempre a través de la gente que vive en él. Compartir es vivir.

ABOUT ME

I consider myself to be an open-minded person. I think the best way to understand the world is talking with people from different places and knowing their stories. I also believe that the best way to visit a place is following the recommendations from native people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cuando me enteré de la existencia de couchsurfing me apunté immediatamente! Creo que es una buena forma de viajar por el mundo y una gran oportunidad de conocer gente nueva.

When I heard about couchsurfing, I enrolled it immediately! I think it's a good way to travel de world and a good opportunity to meet new people.

Acabé mi doctorado en la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona y estuve viajando 6 meses por Latinoamérica! Ahora he vuelto y toca buscarse la vida de nuevo. Me gusta conocer gente de cada pueblo o ciudad por las que paso para poderlas entender mejor. Además, siguiendo las recomendaciones de la gente local es siempre la mejor manera de salir de la ruta turística.

I finished my PhD in Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona and I stayed 6 months traveling Latinoamérica. Now I amb back and it is time to start again. I like meeting people from every place I go to understand it well. Moreover, following recommendations of locals is always the best way to get out of the tourist route.

No puedo escoger un momento concreto pero una experiencia que me impactó fue mi estancia de 3 meses en Ghana. Vivimos en el mismo mundo pero la realidad es tan diferente...

I cannot choose one special moment but an experience that struck me a lot was staying in Ghana for almost 3 months. We are in the same world, but everything is so different...
