About Me

I'm a short brazilian guy who likes to laugh a lot, go out, meet new people, discover the world and every peculiar thing that it has. I really like to listen people's history and improve myself, carrying a little bit of everyone that I get to know. I enjoy traveling around to meet new people, take amazing picutures, understand how the rest of the world works :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that everyone needs to travel. When you travel, even if it's for work, you can learn more about different cultures and expand your mind and your way of life. And sometimes you don't have sources to support your trip. If I can help you to achieve this goal I will get this chance to give you a bed, show you my city and the way I live. And of course one hand washes the other :)

Interests

I want to meet local costumes and typical food. Trying to avoid the main touristic thing to get to know how everyone lives their life :) If you need I can help you to get one couch in UK with my Brazilian friends or in São Paulo with me or any other students :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I have three favourites movies: Bridge to Terabithia, Jurassic Park and Pan's Labyrinth. Bridge to Terabithia because it was the first drama that I watched and it really touched me. Jurassic Park because first: I love dinosaurs and second: that movie scared me a lot when I was younger hahaha. Pans labyrinth really impressed me for how everything worked and the story by itself making myself thing about how I was living my life and what I could change.

In musics I like Chet Faker, Bastille, Red Hot, City and Colour and Skrillex. It usually must be like calm and introspective but sometimes I need to let everything go out (put Skrillex here hahaha).

My favourite book is The name of the Wind because it's awesome. Just the story and the way that it is told is amazing. Kvothe is my hero and I learnt a lot reading this. I like to read everything and If you have any recommendations I will appreciate :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Desert of Sahara! When I went to Marrakesh in Marrocco I spent three days going to Sahara. In the beginning it was amazing to see how the nomads lived cultivating their food, sharing their house with me and my friends, drinking tea and telling stories about everything. In the second day I got in the desert and rode camels in the sand enjoying the twilight thinking about my life, my choices, what I should do and what I've done. In the night I ate a really good food and sang with locals having a good and happy night. In the end of the night I climbed sand dunes to see the stars and my friend taught me a little bit about constellations. In the morning I got back to Marrakesh happy because Sahara changed me in a good way... Making myself realise that there is a lot in the world to be discovered :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm really opened to learn everything because I believe that everything can be useful. I can help and teach a little bit of computer stuff.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share Brazilian food, Brazilian drinks, tell what I've done and What I've seen in my life. Learn more about ways of life, philosophy and experiences. I can help you if you need anything in UK or in Brazil. And of course we can be friends :)
