My name is Bernard Gomes Piñeiro, I'm Brazilian and I love to travel and get to know different people and cultures. I graduated from my University last year so I decided to take a year off, learn a new language (currently living in Montpellier, FR to learn french) and get to know a bit more of the world.
I lived in Australia for almost 2 years (2013-2014) and so far I have been to Southeast Asia, New Zealand, China, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Argentina,Uruguai, Portugal, a bit of USA and Caribbean Islands.. And now I can't wait to move to Spain so I can learn more about the culture and language.

Since my first travel when I heard about Couchsurfing I fell in love with the idea and how it works. I reckon that it's impossible to find a better way to get to know a country and its culture than living for a couple days with a local.
