Overview
About Me
I'm from Germany but studying in Nijmegen speech therapy.
Since I'm so happy in this cozy city I would love to host people here and show you a bit around.
I usually prefer visiting other places on my own, so I always really enjoy coming to a place in the evening with whom I can just share what I experienced during the day. That gives me even by travelling a feeling of coming home.
Interests
Actually I should describe me as a grandma with 21 years. I love knitting and sewing especially in winter times. In summer I 'm trying to exploit our small garden for growing vegetables with which I love to cook vegan recipes (I'm trying to not be an annoying stereotypical vegan). Then I love the German Sunday evening programs on tv what actually just the grandparents are busy with.
Moreover I really enjoy cycling, for small tours and as an alternative to the car and public transport. And of course, after a busy day I like inline skating :)

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite music depends a lot on my mood. If I want to dance I'm listening to balkan beats and electro swing. If I'm in a relaxed mood I enjoy indie (especially Alt-J) enjoying reading books about people on big journeys are living abroad in extraordinary situations (currently: a book about a Dutch female journalist living in Afghanistan).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There's such "One amazing thing", those are the small different things for instance:
-Dog sledding in Norway
-Backwaters tour in India
-The single fact of seing wild monkeys EVERYWHERE in India! Terrific!
-Small things like weekendtrips via bike or hitch hiking
-Every time being abroad was quite instructiv
-And every time coming home was even more intensive
Teach, Learn, Share
-Teaching me to cook your favourite recipe is a must!!!
