ABOUT ME

I love traveling and learning about other cultures and ways of life. I'm especially interested in European cultures and history and can spend hours reading about random historical tidbits on wikipedia. I like BBC world news, reddit, NPR, and other radio programs like This American Life, some Freakonomics, and Planet Money. Also, I recently discovered that I was secretly a cat-lady (which lead to the addition of two new members into my boyfriend's and my household).
I am currently a graduate student in mathematics, although in my spare time, I much prefer discovering and being immersed in arts and beautiful architecture to doing math.
