About Me
Hey!
My name is Kači!
I am a tattooed vegan 🌱 who loves traveling 🎒, originally from the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 living in China 🇨🇳.
Random information:
ℹ️ I find extremely important when people around me have respect for other beliefs, ideas, preferences. Let's be open-minded, loving, celebrating all kinds of diversities we have among each other. Please.
ℹ️ Me as a traveller: I believe that we should treat others as we want them to treat us. I perceive offering your place to stay for travellers as opening your home, your private space to people you do not know. It's very personal, so I respect all your rules and conditions you have at home. I understand that besides CS, you have your own life, your activities etc. I am an independent person, you don't have to hold my hand all the time while I am in your city. I'd love to hear your recommendations, grab some coffee/tea/beer/wine and share some stories and experiences if you have time/feel like it (I'd absolutely understand your *I just wanna be with myself mood*), but I do not want to be a burden for my host. Don't worry.
That's what I would expect from my guests.
ℹ️ I have a multiple personality. Sometimes, I can be super social having fun with others and sometimes, I feel like I need to be just with myself and my thoughs. Sometimes, I am amazed that everything is how it's supposed to be and sometimes I feel like nothing makes sense (including me). Sometimes I love my freedom of having no particular idea of what's coming next and sometimes I am desperate that I don't know what to expect. Sometimes I wanna have everything under my control and sometimes I want someone to decide for me. I'd introduce you also other parts but it would be too long. I can assure you, it's hard for me to handle myself.
ℹ️ Couchsurfing is not tinder.

🛏️ Unfortunately, I haven't hosted anyone yet through CF. Once I have a place to offer, I'll give it back.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The unique way to make the experience in another country unforgettable.
So far, I've been using CS to feel as a local when traveling - meeting locals, eating local food, doing/seeing stuff I can experience only at that place.
Once I get a place to offer, I'd love to offer the same experience to my guests.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music? The essential part of the life. It's my personal psychologist. 🎧 are must-have.
Books? Nowadays, I prefer books about mind and body. 🤓
Movies? I am not a demanding person. I love to laugh at stupid jokes watching simple comedies, hide behind the pillow during scary movies, pretend that happy endings of some romance stories are not touching at all and be nervous what's gonna happen during some action movies. You see, simple.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One...?
➡️Overcame myself and left my country in order to study in China
➡️Swam with sharks, Philippines 🇵🇭
➡️Hiked to Machu Picchu, Peru 🇵🇪
➡️Hiked to Kawah Ijen, Indonesia 🇮🇩
➡️Started thinking about other beings over here.🌱 Still working on it though... 🤔
...and I am thankful to wake up every day, breathe, to have all my senses, to feel not alone over here.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach? 🤔 Maybe how to lick your own nose, if you're interested.
Learn? It depends on my hosts. I feel like we learn all the time. People, we meet, have their perspectives on many things, on life. I feel that this diversity can give us some ideas and can inspire us to do something new. So I'll listen and see.
Share? Maybe traveling stories, life stories? I've traveled a bit and I live in China. We can share our opinions. And coffee, tea, beer, wine, whatever you prefer.
