Kar Fei’s current job role includes providing coaching for executives in workplace (1-1 Coaching and Team Coaching), coaching and training programs development and motivational coach. Kar Fei’s Big Hairy Audicious Goal (BHAG) is to coach 1 million people around the world. His qualifications include Certified Practitioner in the Inventory for Work Attitude and Motivational profiling tool (iWAM) on top of his completion of Diploma in Workplace and Business Coaching."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first time. I have been to more than 20 countries, but this will be the first time I am backpacking alone (more to come I hope), hence looking to try out couch surfing :)
