Overview
About Me
I just finished my studies (Master) in Geography and Urban planning.
Travelling in of course one of my main passions (if not the one).
I had the opportunity to study in Utrecht, Netherlands for six months. I also did an internship in Moscow, Russia, for a french company. Both were among the best experiences in my life.
Besides, I have been travelling a lot, in Europe mostly, but also in Tunisia, Turkey, Canada, the USA and Japan.
Overall I am curious about a lot of things (history, sport, arts). I read a lot, especially on the road!
I love going out, meet new people, have fun, have a good beer (or whatever you can drink), talk about all sorts of things. But I am rather a quiet guy, and I take my time.
When I travel I like to walk a lot, but also to cycle and why not do some kayak? These are good ways to explore the area.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am new here (dispite I have registered two years ago).
Considering the trip I am planning to do (cross the Americas from the North to the South, Anchorage-Ushuaïa) I thought it was the good moment to try some couchsurfing. Indeed I will need cheap places to stay (in order to reach the South!). And also I think Couchsurfing could be a nice way to meet some people in the areas I will go through. I will also go to some hostels. These are nice but you mostly meet other foreigners, which can't really tell you much about the place.
So I guess Courchsurfing is a good way to meet people and survive in the Wild West :)
Interests
Music, playing music (guitar) with friends, reading, rugby league, cycling.
Exploring the world. I am just very curious about that place.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I listen a lot of music, and of different kinds... But I have always been more into rock than anything else.
Movies: all sorts as well (
Books: Moby Dick, the Call of the Wild, On the Road...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My Erasmus exchange program in Utrecht and my internship in Moscow, for about 6 month each.
I did a trip by train from Paris to Tokyo (whith a bit of boat of course), through Siberia of course. That was amazing :)
