About Me

Hello!
I'm an easy going sociable person that loves travelling, meeting new people all arround the world in any trip i make so i decided to join the couchsurfing comunity.

I was living in different countries since early ages so I'm open minded at understanding other cultures, in fact i love discovering other life styles and cultures! I'm also an active person, out going, friendly...

I dont really like to describe myself so feel free to have a chat with me to find out more :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thought thisnetwork is a great alternative to travell and a goo way at the same time to meet locals where you go and have a direct contact with the culture of the country you are visiting.

Also its great to be in touch with a large comunity of people for whom travelling is part of their lives.

Everyone has their own life story and i think is very interesting to get to know the different ways people take in their lifes, and expand mental horizons by just meeting and understanding new and different points of view from different cultures

Interests

Of course travelling and what it comes with it!

Also Sports!! Since i was young i played tennis at international level and since then i couldnt stop! Nowadays i make snowboarding, hiking, surf, bycicle and gym
In any case i'm very open to try new activities, which in fact is something that i really enjoy

Also guitar is part of my life. Started about 10 years ago and have played in several jazz, blues, rock bands. I love the feeling of having the hability of making other people feel good with music!

I have more hobbies and interests (magic and ilusionism, watchmaking...) but overall sharing good times with good and interesting people, no matter the plan, going out to discos, pubs, listening live music, or day time activities like going to the mountain to trekking or just chatting in a caffe or park

Music, Movies, and Books

In music i like variety, from jazz, beebop, manouche... to rock, blues, reagge, accoustic flamenco, and even listening to dance, electronic, techno.
About fav. bands or artists i would say Guthrie Govan, John Mayer, Led Zep, Robben Ford, Queen, Kotzen, AC/DC, Timmons, Schofield, to mention some.

Movies mostly action, mystery and fun. Gladiator, Batman new movies, Jeux d'enfants, Manuale d'amore, The Ilusionist, Inception, clockwork orange... In general with a good plot, those movies that leaves you thinking

Books mostly psychology and history books, social psychology theme books. I also areciate much Classic novels (like The Count of Montecristo, my fav. :D )

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't mention just one but if i'd have to choose i'd say grabbing a bag and moving to another country to study work and live, just following my intuition that everything would work out well (and it actually went better than spected).

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching: Spanish, and english (i'm fluent but not native).

Learning: French, Russian and German languajes. And of course everything and as much as i can about other people and their cultures, lifestyles and traditions.

Sharing: A confy place to stay and a guide of Madrid city (as long as i have time for it) which is where i am currently living.

I like showing my city to travellers as long as they want, and spending some time with them, if possible making they feel integrated in my culture for some period so they have a truly inmersion in the lifestyle and culture they are visiting.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my life experiences, have interesting conversations and I can also cook typical spanish food (or international) for the hoster.
I will be helping as much as i can in any aspects at home.
