I am an ever-eating, writing and reading and amateur photographing person. Honesty, humility, humor and open-mindedness are traits that I value and try to engage every day. Let's dance, because it's a gateway to all of our tucked-away selves!

Books (some): "The Bluest Eye" by Toni Morrison, Edna St. Vincent Millay's works of poetry, each member of the "Harry Potter" collection by J.K Rowling (yes), "Mansfield Park" and "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen, "The History of Sexuality" by Michel Foucault

Movies (some): I love movies, almost all kinds - I do get a bit too involved, though, which makes horror and thriller almost too horrible and thrilling! The Big Lebowski, The Sword in the Stone (yes), High Fidelity

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

France: I had the opportunity to catch glimpses of Normandy, Provence as well as Paris. A truly important exposure for me in terms of culture and possibility. Amazing things happen around home, too, from the glacier on Mt. Baker to the non-profit Northwest Parkinson's Foundation that I work with.
