One of the first thing you have to know about me is I love Life. Waking on Earth is a pure miracle. I want to enjoy every breath of life and share it with all the persons I will meet on my way because for me, one of the most beautiful thing during my travels is the magic of meetings.

My name is Elodie, I come from France , with african and italian origins . I have started traveling last year , to South East Asia and the last few months to South America, before heading to Australia.

My intention is to learn about holistic medicine , herboristery , indigenuous communities , traditional ways of living , and the different cultures and philosophies in the World.

I am always seeking for new teachings , adventures and discoveries , which is one of the reason why I do appreciate couchsurfing.

I have a thirst of knowledge and discovering. I really want to get involved with local people and with the culture of every country I will go. couchsurfing is the best way to meet people and to share.
I am open minded people and very keen to meet people and have experiences of all kind. I think it is a good opportunity to share an human adventure.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Contribute to a project in the Amazon forest in Ecuador , with a local family who try to protect the ecosystem by saving natural seeds of trees , , flowers, medicinal plants.

Living in a Quechua community in tje Sacred Valley of Cusco , Peru . Learning about medicinal plants , sacred rituals.

Retreat of meditation of ten days, in complete silence in the mountains of Sikkim , India.

Swimming with giant turtles in the Indonesian sea.
