ABOUT ME

I am a heart centered happy human explorer. I enjoy and love life and all of it's beings. I believe in the magic of life and I do my best to see it everywhere. I am a spontaneous joyful person and as a cat I have my crazy moments. Don't worry if you ever see me making some crazy, funky noises or moves, it won't last long and if it makes you smile, it will make my day :)

I've had many lives in this body so far. I've been working in retail and lately in a non profit in a difficult area of Montreal, Canada. I've organized and have been giving classes and workshops to kids, adults, women and companies on vegetarian cooking, psycho-education, tools for a sustainable living, meditation, dance, yoga, alternative healing therapies... I've worked in the eco-tourism field and I've organized and managed humanitarian aid projects in Morocco, Senegal and Guatemala. I now take time to explore and learn more on ancient cultures and healing techniques.

I cook and laugh :) Seriously, I really enjoy cooking and sharing love trough some nourishing and vibrant food.
I believe Couch Surfing and the sharing community is a great concept and way to approach life. I will be happy to offer a couch or a room as soon as I'll settle. somewhere on earth.

Intereses

Música, películas y libros

I enjoy all kinds of music. I don't really listen to commercial mainstream tubes, but I don't mind listening and dancing to them when I'm in party mode.
