Hi! My name is Hanne (Hanna) and I am travelling in Hawaii between the 18th of September until the 1st of October. I have never been there and I am going alone, so I would love to get to know some local people who are passionate about Hawaii and about people. My dream for the visit to experience the spirit of three islands. My first stop is Honolulu and my last stop is Kona. I have not yet decided which island to see in between.
In October I will be staying at the University of the Nations in Kona for Disciple Training School, a 5 months programme focusing on following Jesus. Following Jesus is my main goal in life. I am studying coaching although having that 5 months break shortly, but will continue to become a certified NLP coach when I get back. I love learning and growing which is why I love personal development, and I want to help other in becoming their best selves also. Otherwise, I care deeply about health, both mental and physical. I like spending time outside and explore new places, taste new foods and just live. I like reflecting, reading and writing. I would say I am a social introvert. I charge my batteries alone, feel very content in my own company, and love chatting, getting to know people, do activities or just hang out with others as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to get to know people from different backgrounds and cultures. Now specifically, I hope I will meet people who know Hawaii and want to share some Hawaiian memories with me.
