Overview
About Me
I am a writer and coach working in the field of personal development, mindfulness and relationships.
I am a minimalist, currently traveling with and living off a 40L backpack. I have been traveling full time with my partner for a while now, moving to a different place every few months, and I absolutely love it as it allows me to travel the world and have a lot of fresh starts.
I love living a super healthy lifestyle: waking up and going to bed early, eating a plant-based diet, and engage in lots of movement like long walks, daily yoga and jogging. I love spending time in nature, and a good balance between being on my own and spending time with other people.
Here are some things I'm interested in: meditation, self-development, mind-changing conversations, journaling, all kinds of Nature, lucid dreaming, tropical countries and tropical fruits, sunshine, and creating art.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people, either by hosting them or being hosted. I believe human connection is the most important thing in life — especially when combined with traveling. I love the principle of "paying-it-forward", doing things for each other, and sharing time with interesting people. I think Couchsurfing is an effective way to make the world a better place.
I am currently traveling full-time, moving every couple of months, so I don't have a house to offer, but really appreciate being received occasionally as a guest in between moves.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Left my job and home country to travel full-time and start an online business that I hope will make a difference in the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach meditation, as well as share some tips about having a blog and growing an online audience (I'm only at the beginning though, so don't expect any huge lecture!) I have experience with Nonviolent Communication, healthy vegan cuisine, and playing the violin (although I don't carry my own when I travel).
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, vegan food, listening skills (I know it sounds weird, but it's a rare skill nowadays and as a life coach I'm pretty good at it), jokes, quality time, and a lot of fun and laughter.
