I'm a cook from Ireland, living and working in the Basque Country. I like to live with intensity and appreciate all the beauty and joy of living, above all food, wine, and the company of others.

PHILOSOPHY

I am still a Marxist, in the sense that Marxism has taught me how to understand history, and therefore the our place in history's advance, and therefore many of the human problems which exist today.
