About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm quite a shy person, but once you make me feel comfortable enough, I become more and more outgoing and talkative. I'm a full time student. Right now I study biomedical sciences, but ultimately, I want to get in medical school. I work part time at a movie theater, which is nice because I love movies (free movies!!!).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I like to meet new people, to see how they live and to learn a little bit more every day about different cultures. Right now I still live with my parents, so I can't be a host, but I look forward to hosting couchsurfers when I will have my own place!

Interests

School is my number 1 priority, so I study a lot. Other than that, I like to watch movies and TV series, go hiking, play boardgames. I love food. Also, I play the piano (I love Ludovico Einaudi) and I love the cello, even though I never touched one in my life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I looooove watching movies and TV series, impossible to even pick a top 10. From Forrest Gump to LOTR or Breaking Bad to The Office, every genre pleases me! Since I have to read a lot for school, I do not often for my own pleasure, but I do love Harry Potter (of course). I like to listen to classical music and movie scores when I study, and besides that I listen mostly to artists like Coldplay, Mumford and Sons, James Vincent McMorrow...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a whole summer in England, alone, working as a waitress and traveling on my days off. It was hard being away from my friends and family, but I felt very proud being able to organize my trips and handling everything on my own.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think the best thing to teach and learn on couchsurfing is language. Knowing multiple languages is great to feel connected to multiple parts of the world. I would love to teach you some French and you can teach me every languages you know! I also would love to learn about your culture and your day to day life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share with you my language and my experiences, to cook typical Canadian food for you and maybe I will be able to bring you some maple treats!

Countries I’ve Visited

England, France, Scotland, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
