About Me
UPDATE
Hey guys, I am at lake Balaton near Siófok for the summer. If you wanna meet up for a beer or go to the beach with a friendly face, let me know :)
--------------------------------------------------------
I am a friendly person who likes to meet new people with ideas or something to say. I try to be tolerant with everyone and I prefer honesty in people. I am open to other cultures and find them fascinating, I am happy to hear about other people's stories. They inspire me so much.
I have a big family and I love that and them. I like it when everything is dynamic around me.
I've learned tolerance, acceptance and sharing from my parents, who are one of the most tolerant and selfless people I know. Especially my father, even though he is a faithful catholic, he represents all the values I stand for: accepting and loving people regardless of their appearence, culture, background, social/economical status, race, nationality, religion... And is always ready to hear others' perspective about any subject or help wherever he can even to strangers. We are also pacifists, we don't believe in war and violence.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling is my passion and I think you can get to know a place best by experiencing what it has to offer, having conversations with people, just walking down the street without any aim, having a nice cup of coffee in a small local café, eating local dishes, etc. Not a fan of mass tourism.
Also, I love languages, I love hearing them, speaking them, learning them.
I love the philosophy of this community. To share your home with someone you've just met and have trust in them. It's so sincere and selfless, we need more of that in our world.
Interests
I love arts and crafts, DIY projects, I love being outdoors, hiking, camping. I love the sea, the ocean and the sun, I always joke that I was born in Central Europe by accident. :D
I like doing sports recreationally, jogging, kayak, volleyball, swimming... just about any.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sleeping in the Sahara.
I have lived in Spain in Navarra and on Canary Islands for shorter period and have been an exchange student in Granada, Spain. Those have been the best experiences I have ever had. I met so many wonderful people.
