ABOUT ME

We are Alicia and Anna from Barcelona, Spain, travelling around south east Asia, started the 22nd of July 2019.

We have a huge hunger to explore our stunning planet. So far we've been quite fortunate to visit many beautiful places around the world but the more we travel, the more we learn about other pieces of paradise and the list is constantly getting longer! Every day there is something interesting happening, the only problem is time to experience it all.

We are very friendly, charismatic, respectful, open-minded and easy-going people.

We both love any kind of art, history, music events, circus (we can show you some carioca tricks, and we are trying it hard with the slackline!), and nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We want to know the pure soul in the real people. We believe that a different way of travelling is possible. We try to find always the balance, keeping in mind what it matters to us.

Interests

We love nature, every expression of art, history and simple things in life. We need little to be happy. We fell in love with those who open their hearts and arms to us and try to involve us in their lifestyle or introduce what sourrounds them. We love to share life points of view and conversations about simple things in life.

We love every kind of music but specially reggae, dub, ska, swing, jazz, rumba and flamenco.

Documentaries about everything! Love to learn.

We normally like crime, detective novels. Also easy reading history books such as "the boy in the stripped pijama".

Seeing our first sea turtle was truly amazing!!! Alicia got a seaturtle tattoo after that hehe

Teach, Learn, Share

We can share with you our pottery skills, artistics and handmade art, and also music (guitar, ukelele, armonic...).
Or languages! (We speak catalan, spanish, french, some portuguese...). We know many things about spanish history and culture so feel free to ask!
We also love cooking so maybe we can share some recipes.

We love to listen and ask you questions about your customs and traditions, lifestyle, dreams, possibilities, struggles... and share ours, if you are interested :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are simple and flexible! We can either hang out and have a beer, go hiking or play games. Volley or basketball! We are flexible and in a good mood to try new things. Ah, and we love food!
