ABOUT ME

My name is Rocío and I'm 20 years old. I was born and grew up in Guatemala City (Central America) and I went to the German School there, where I learned German and English. I love to travel, meet new people and cultures, so I participated in 3 student exchanges and those have been my best experiences ever! I fell in love with Europe so I moved here after high school. I am doing a dual study (Business Administration) with Galeria Kaufhof GmbH in the Business School of Economics and Law Berlin. I LOVE to dance, I really enjoy going to parties to let my soul feel the music! But actually, more than parties I enjoy sitting on a balcony and having a meaningful conversation. I like sports, I do "Insanity" (a DVD-Workout) and jogging!

I can offer you a sleepcouch in my room in Berlin Wedding (I live in a WG with two medicine students) and would be very happy to share some good times and maybe traver through this magic city :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had any experience on Couchsurfing yet, this is my first time here and I am very excited to get know new open minded people and cultures!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I LOVE to read almost any kind of books, from latinamerican literature to criminal novels like Millenium from Stieg Larsson! I also love spiritual books like the ones of Osho, Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie... My favourite book is Narziss und Goldmund - Herman Hesse.

Favorite movies: I actually enjoy more independent movies (not the Hollywood ones) like Samsara, La Vie est Belle, Enter The Void (Gaspar Noe), and the ones from Pedro Almodóvar.
